Salad
Baechu buchu muchim is a Korean salad of napa cabbage strips and leek in a dressing of soy sauce, sesame oil and chili powder. The cabbage brings sweetness and the leek brings sharpness. Serve it as a side with grilled meat or fish.

- 100 g leek, cut into thin rings
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Wash the napa cabbage and leek thoroughly and cut them into fine strips and rings.
- Put the napa cabbage and leek in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder and sugar to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the napa cabbage and leek and toss everything thoroughly.
- Let the salad sit for 10 minutes so the flavors can develop.
