- 2 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 g rice noodles, cooked

- 50 g roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
- Mix the turmeric, dill, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the fish pieces to the marinade, toss well and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a grill pan and grill the marinated fish for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Divide the cooked rice noodles among plates and arrange the grilled fish on top.
- Top with fresh herbs, chopped peanuts and lime wedges, and serve.
