Huo Guo, or Chinese hot pot, is a social dish where various ingredients are cooked in a boiling broth. The broth can be mild or spicy, while a selection of meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu, and noodles is added individually. The combination with spicy Sichuan broth is especially popular.
