Drinks
O-Liang is a refreshing Thai iced coffee, especially popular in the hot months. This drink combines the strong taste of heavily brewed coffee with the sweetness of sugar and the creamy texture of condensed milk, served over ice to cool you down.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Thai coffee or a strong black coffee
- 480 ml hot water
- 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 200 g ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew the Thai coffee in the hot water and let it steep strong.
- Strain the coffee through a fine sieve or a coffee filter into a large glass or pitcher.
- Add the sugar and stir until it has completely dissolved.
- Let the coffee cool, then chill it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Fill two large glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled coffee over the ice.
- Pour the condensed milk over the coffee and stir lightly.
- Serve the iced coffee right away.
