Ingredients
- 200 g ground pork
- 100 g napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 40 dumpling wrappers
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, napa cabbage, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt and white pepper thoroughly.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and put about a teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Lightly moisten the edge of the wrapper with water, fold it into a half-moon and press the edges together firmly to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the dumplings in batches and boil for about 5 minutes, until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
