Shuǐ Guǒ Zhī (水果汁): freshly pressed fruit juice

Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 apple, peeled and cored
  • 40 g fresh strawberries, cleaned
  • 30 g fresh raspberries, cleaned
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 120 ml water or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut all the fruit into pieces that fit your juicer or blender.
  2. Put the fruit and the carrot in the juicer or blender.
  3. Add water or ice cubes to reach the consistency you like.
  4. Run the juicer or blender until the juice is smooth.
  5. Pour the juice through a strainer into a glass to remove excess fruit fiber.
  6. Serve the juice right away for the freshest taste and the most nutrients.
