Ingredients

  • 1 reife Avocado
  • 240 ml Milch oder eine milchfreie Alternative
  • 60 ml gezuckerte Kondensmilch
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt
  • 140 g Eiswürfel

Instructions

  1. Avocado halbieren, den Kern entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch aus der Schale löffeln.
  2. Avocado, Milch, gezuckerte Kondensmilch und Vanilleextrakt in einen Mixer geben.
  3. Die Zutaten auf hoher Stufe glatt pürieren.
  4. Eiswürfel hinzufügen und weiter mixen, bis der Smoothie cremig und kalt ist.
  5. Den Smoothie in ein großes Glas gießen und sofort servieren.
