Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Vietnamese ground coffee
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) hot water
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee in a Vietnamese phin filter. Put the ground coffee in the filter and pour the hot water over it.
  2. Let the coffee drip through the filter for about 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, spoon the condensed milk into a glass.
  4. Once all the coffee has dripped through, pour it over the condensed milk and stir until combined.
  5. Add plenty of ice cubes and stir again until the drink is cold.
  6. Serve right away.
