Xiāng Jiāo Bīng are frozen bananas on a stick that you dip in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with nuts or shredded coconut. The banana turns creamy like ice cream in the freezer, and the chocolate shell cracks when you bite in.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 wooden sticks
- 4 tbsp toppings of your choice (e.g. chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and push a wooden stick into the end of each one.
- Place the prepared bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Shortly before the freezing time ends, melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil over a water bath.
- Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and quickly dip them in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with your chosen toppings right away.
- Put the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze again for a few minutes, until the chocolate sets.
- Take the finished Xiāng Jiāo Bīng out of the freezer and serve immediately, or keep them frozen until you eat them.
