Yakiniku no tare is a Japanese grill sauce of soy sauce, mirin and honey, briefly simmered with pureed apple, garlic, ginger and toasted sesame. It tastes salty and sweet with a fruity acidity from the apple. Dip grilled beef or vegetables in it, or marinate meat in it.
